You are in a contractual relationship with Everbrightness, it’s owners, employees, and subcontractors when you book any in person service, virtual service, and for every course or program you enroll in, in person or virtually.

Any dispute arising from the contractual relationship between Everbrightness, it’s owners, employees, and subcontractors shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan, and shall be decided solely and exclusively by courts located in Taipei, Taiwan

Booking Policy

Reservations can be made in advance online on this page appointments. Our booking system is available 24/7, and we recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible to ensure availability.

Latest Booking Time:
Our latest booking time 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please note that reservations made after this time will not be accepted.

Changing Booking Times:
If you need to change your reservation time, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations to your reservation. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your scheduled booking time or fail to show up, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

**Important policy**:
When purchasing our service packages, we have set a usage timeframe to ensure that you can fully benefit from the value of the service packages According to our policy, the package of 5 sessions needs to be used within 2 months, while the package of 10 sessions should be completed within 4 months.

We have established these time limits to encourage you to dedicate your time and energy to participate in the classes or health body work/massage within a specific timeframe, in order to achieve optimal learning and health results. This policy also helps ensure fair allocation of resources and smooth organization.

Please note that failure to utilize the package within the specified timeframe will be considered as forfeiting the right to use them. Therefore, we encourage you to manage your time effectively and strive to complete the purchased service packages within the given period, so that you can fully enjoy the benefits and joy that package brings.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellation fee if the session is canceled 24-48 hours in advance. This is a common policy among practitioners who want to be understanding of unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

A cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee if the session is canceled less than 24 hours in advance. This is a policy that is put in place to ensure that practitioners are compensated for their time and effort in preparing for the session.

A cancellation fee of the full session fee if the session is cancelled on the day of the appointment or if the client is a no-show. This policy is often used to protect the practitioner’s time and ensure that they are not left with empty time slots that could have been filled by other clients.

**Cancellation Policy for Package/membership Orders** as below:
We understand that circumstances may arise which require customers to cancel their orders for our packages. To ensure
clarity and transparency, we have developed a comprehensive cancellation policy outlined below:
1. Cancellation Period: Customers have a cancellation window of [2] days(48 hours) from the date of purchase to request a cancellation of their package/membership order. Any cancellation requests received
within this period will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellation Requests: Customers must submit their cancellation requests in writing to our customer support (service@everbrightness.com) via
email or through our designated cancellation request form. The request should include the order details and the reason for cancellation.
3. Refund Processing: Once we receive a valid cancellation request within the specified cancellation period, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued using the original payment method within [14] business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor. Furthermore, any transaction fees incurred by banks or payment processors
during the refund process will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Late Cancellation: Cancellation requests received after the cancellation period has expired may still be considered;
however, they will be subject to review and approval by our management team. Late cancellations are not guaranteed a full refund and may incur a
cancellation fee which is a deduction of 5% from the refund amount. Furthermore, any transaction fees incurred by banks or payment processors during the refund process will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in
the aforementioned 5% cancellation fee.
5. Non-Refundable Components: It’s important to note that once the package or membership has commenced, refunds will no longer be available due to personalized items or services that have already been provided. We will ensure clear written communication with customers at the time of purchase regarding this policy.
6. Modifications or Transfers: Once the package or membership begin, they cannot be modified or transferred to any other person.
